A local delivery fee of $9.00 and $3.45 service fee will be added to each order, for each address.

(For deliveries out of our local delivery area, this fee may vary,please contact store for pricing info on international and US orders.)

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the receipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered on the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your Canadian, US and International orders. Please call our shop as there are additional charges.

 Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Please note that pictures shown on this web site, may have to have substitutions made to them, we try and follow all pictures as close to as possible.

When placing any order that goes out of town and is being transfered to another shop, that shop will follow the picture you have selected and make it close to the picture with similar flowers to whats in there store. If you see something on our website and want it as shown for out of town, please call our shop at 604-467-3456 so that we can make contact with the floral shop to make sure they have the flowers your looking for
